In 2005, the software package EON (Evaluate Outcomes Now) was made available to member agencies for purchase. |
The EON software assists agencies in collecting outcome measures for children in care by reducing the time it would normally take to complete handwritten packets; thereby, increasing time available for client interaction. The software reduces errors in the packets submitted and encourages faster and easier completion of the data collection process. |
The EON software will also reduce redundancy of the handwritten packets by:
Entering case numbers one time· |
Applying the agency code automatically· |
Defaulting the completed packet to the current date· |
Automatically entering program type and stage (intake, discharge, and follow-up)·
Scoring the worksheets (Child Problem Checklist, Family Problem Checklist & the Family Risk Scale) and carrying the scores to the summary page; and, |
Utilizing the admission date and discharge date throughout the measures with a one-time entry. |
